  • Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role from financial and capital markets.

  • Strong track record managing teams and regulatory relationships (FCA & other bodies).

  • Previously held SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities, with a mix of strategic oversight and operational execution.

  • A commercially aware compliance professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while enabling business growth.
