Watching the fintech sector take off was one of the things that inspired us to start Twenty84, and from the very beginning, we have been passionate about combining our service and delivery with supporting a charitable organisation. As a leading risk and compliance recruitment agency, it's important to us to invest in future generations who might continue to evolve the world of finance and technology - and that's why MyBnk is such a great match for us.

MyBnk is a charity that delivers financial and enterprise education programmes directly to seven to 25 year olds in schools and youth organisations. It's quite a unique initiative and is something we are very excited about. This is our commitment to embracing the future; to ensuring that young people have the skills and knowledge to keep developing and evolving our world. MyBnk has helped over 220,000 young people learn how to manage their money and make enterprising choices through fun and interactive sessions. Young people are at the heart of everything they do, and help design programmes through a Youth Advisory Panel. MyBnk also provides enterprise experiences using real money and ethical products and also runs the youth homeless prevention programme, The Money House. Their projects are proven and evaluated by The Money Advice Service.

Since we started Twenty84, we have built up a solid client base and we are proud of our delivery and personal service within the financial and regulatory compliance recruitment sector. We pledged to donate to MyBnk every time we made a permanent placement, and since then we have donated thousands of pounds to the charity. At Twenty84 we take our climate responsibilities very seriously, and we believe that reducing our carbon footprint and restoring nature are necessary. We are members of Ecologi, who use our money to support a broad range of projects that are able to evidence that they are reducing or avoiding greenhouse gas emissions. They also have a range of amazing reforestation partners, who, with our support, are growing millions of trees per month.

We know that there are always people and families struggling to afford heating and food, and at twenty84 we want to help.

We recently visited the fantastic Hana, who manages a local food bank, to donate some Aldi vouchers which can be used by people visiting the Food Bank to help them get through times of struggle.

Food Banks do amazing work and we had a great visit learning about how they help a variety of local people. We're really pleased we are able to help by donating these vouchers, and we want to say a huge thank you to Hana and the wonderful volunteers for all they do.
