The Role
As part of this forward-thinking fintech corporate finance team, your primary focus will be on debt funding deals, including private securitisations, forward flow agreements, and similar transactions outside the Securitisation Regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting transaction documents and managing deliverables for completion processes.
- Collaborating with clients engaged in mainstream and novel fintech business models, such as SME lending, buy-now-pay-later, and revenue-sharing.
- Providing legal support for landmark transactions, including private securitisations backed by leading financial institutions.
- Contributing to the growth of the team’s market profile, as part of a Band 1 Fintech-ranked team (Legal 500).
About You
- Experience:3+ years PQE with hands-on experience in drafting and executing debt funding and securitisation deals.
- Skills:Strong technical skills in transaction management and completion processes.
- Mindset:A collaborative and curious professional with a client-focused approach.
- Ambition:Eager to engage with fintech clients driving innovation in their industries.
