About the Role
This opportunity sits within a prestigious Capital Markets and Derivatives team, part of a large and highly respected finance practice. You’ll collaborate on cross-border transactions and build relationships with some of the most well-known names in the financial industry.
You’ll work closely with partners and take ownership of cases, applying your expertise to an array of legal products and solutions. The team thrives on a collegiate and entrepreneurial culture, ensuring every associate is valued and supported.
About You
You’ll be a proactive and ambitious lawyer, ideally with:
- 2–5 years PQE.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating derivatives and structured finance documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- A drive to learn and apply your skills across diverse products.
