Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Trade Surveillance Function:Oversee trade surveillance, monitoring trading activity, and investigate suspicious behaviours.



  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conducting in-depth investigations, and preparing regulatory reports.



  • Program Development:Enhance surveillance tools, develop compliance training, and drive the market abuse risk assessment.



  • Stakeholder Communication:Advise front office staff on regulatory issues, maintain open channels with internal and external bodies, and manage escalations.


 


Ideal Candidate



  • Experience:5+ years in trade surveillance or market abuse compliance roles.



  • Technical Skills:Proficient in surveillance systems and regulatory frameworks.



  • Leadership:Proven experience in managing teams and developing high-potential professionals.



  • Analytical:Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
