Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a designated group of advisers, conducting competence assessments and risk evaluations.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings and observed visits, ensuring standards align with T&C requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of adviser competence, CPD, and risk profile, while updating authorisation as necessary.
- Lead or contribute to T&C projects, including file checks, training, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company expectations.
- Support the continuous improvement of T&C policies, procedures, and standards across the firm.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven T&C or compliance experience within financial services, ideally in wealth management.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in compliance, T&C, or equivalent financial regulatory training.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to assess and develop competence in a regulatory environment.
