Are you an experienced compliance advisory professional looking to support a growing financial markets business? We're looking for a Senior Compliance Advisory Analyst, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment across trading, corporate, and wealth services.
About the Role:
As the Senior Compliance Advisory Analyst, you will be working closely with the Compliance Advisory Manager to ensure compliance with FCA regulations, assist in training and internal policies, and conduct investigations to uphold compliance standards. You will provide essential regulatory guidance on financial markets trading, corporate, custody, and wealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Advisory Manager in delivering regulatory guidance in accordance with FCA and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance training, policies, and internal procedures.
- Support the evaluation of new regulations and manage specific Regulatory Projects as needed.
- Assess new business initiatives, relevant regulatory obligations, and their associated risk implications.
- Manage daily compliance activities, including oversight of the control room and operational compliance tasks.
- Foster and uphold a strong compliance culture, emphasizing integrity, accountability, ethics, and the company's core values.
