Privacy Manager VP


Location: London, United Kingdom


Contract: Permanent


Salary: 90K-100K, with a comprehensive benefits package


Reports to: Head of Privacy Office

Key Responsibilities



  • Privacy Compliance: Manage the privacy risk inventory, oversee privacy laws, and support regulatory change in Europe and Asia-Pacific.



  • Governance Frameworks: Develop, monitor, and update privacy-related policies, standards, and procedures.



  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, representing the privacy program.



  • Strategic Initiatives: Support privacy-related projects, including transaction due diligence and the regulatory compliance management (RCM) framework.



  • Reporting: Develop privacy risk assessments, metrics, and reports to assess program health.



  • Training: Contribute to building a strong culture of privacy awareness through education and guidance.


 


Ideal Candidate



  • Experience: Strong background in Privacy functions, with knowledge of EU and international privacy laws.



  • Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex regulations.



  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.



  • Qualifications: IAPP or equivalent certification considered a plus.
