Key Responsibilities
- Privacy Compliance: Manage the privacy risk inventory, oversee privacy laws, and support regulatory change in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
- Governance Frameworks: Develop, monitor, and update privacy-related policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, representing the privacy program.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support privacy-related projects, including transaction due diligence and the regulatory compliance management (RCM) framework.
- Reporting: Develop privacy risk assessments, metrics, and reports to assess program health.
- Training: Contribute to building a strong culture of privacy awareness through education and guidance.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Strong background in Privacy functions, with knowledge of EU and international privacy laws.
- Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Qualifications: IAPP or equivalent certification considered a plus.
